Job description
Discuss job details in the interview.
- Handling incoming technical and administrative requests for quotation from client.
- Written and oral communication and cooperation with customers, external cooperation partners, all operating departments and our business development executive.
- Clarification of technical feasibilities of customer projects together with our technical specialists.
- Maintaining customer data in CRM system.
- Monitoring of processes and quality to guarantee an increase of our service- and product quality.
Job requirements
- College/ University degree or equivalent experience tours/travel or hospitality.
- Good verbal and written language skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative structures
- High sense of customer and service orientation with an ability to prioritize
